چکیده

Zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) have received great attention due to their optical, physical, and antimicrobial properties. They toxic effect against microbes without any on mammalians cells. are used in several applications including extending the shelf life of food. The study aims determine minimum inhibitory concentrations ZnO NPs different aquaculture fish fungus species storage period. A total 160 samples were collected from types as follows: rabbitfish, bream, red mullet, saddle grouper, spangled emperor, gilthead seabream, mackerel fish, Asian seabass. activity isolated was evaluated by estimating fungicidal concentration inhibition fungal enzymes (amylase, protease, lipase). period a package containing determined sensory characteristics treated fish. results obtained recorded following samples: Aspergillus niger (gi: JX112703), oryzae, awamori, Penicillium species, tubingensis, Trichosporon montevideense, A. MG889596), Byssochlamys spectabilis, respectively. This is first apply for preservation which powerful antifungal all fungi. recommends using 3% packaging film; it inhibited most more than 15 days.   Key words: nanoparticles, life, preservation, (MIC), antifungal, fungus.

Packaging experiences for improving testing technique selection

One of the major problems within the software testing area is how to get a suitable set of cases to test a software system. A good set of test cases should assure maximum effectiveness with as few cases as possible. There are now numerous testing techniques available for generating test cases. However, many are never used, while just a few are used over and over again. Testers use little (if an...
